Description:

Swedish Massage is probably the most common type of massage, which incorporates a variety of techniques to help relax the muscles.
When you sign up for a Swedish Massage, you can expect a 1 hour session of relaxation, accomplished by applying pressure to the muscles with a combination of: long smooth strokes, known as effleurage; short deeper strokes with some kneading of the muscles, known as petrissage; friction, which is circular pressure with the palms and fingers; and vibration, movements that vibrate the body.
